If you require medication and/or prescription diets for your pet, we ask that you follow this process; We know this is a very stressful time for all. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work our way through these new protocols.

“VETERINARY SERVICES AND COVID-19"

We are still open for business during this time however; keeping our staff and clients healthy and safe remains our top priority. 

We are still conducting CLIENT FREE CONSULTATIONS. What this means;

  • Upon arrival to the clinic please phone reception 53333 5959 and advise the staff of the numbered car park you are in.
  • A staff member will then come to your car to collect your pet.
  • Our vets will then call you on your mobile to carry out the consultation.
  • Your pet will be returned to you by a staff member once the consultation and any treatments are completed, payment will also be taken at this time via EFTPOS - a receipt can be emailed to you.
If you require medication and/or prescription diets for your pet, we ask that you follow this process;
  • Phone ahead to the clinic to request your pets medication and/or food.
  • Once we confirm that the medication/food is ready to collect we will take payment over the phone if possible.
  • When you arrive at the clinic to pick up these items, please phone us and we will bring your items to you.
  • If payment was not made over the phone, we will bring our EFTPOS machine to you - a receipt can be emailed to you.
We know this is a very stressful time for all. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work our way through these new protocols.
