“VETERINARY SERVICES AND COVID-19"

As Victoria is closing all non essential businesses, we would like to advise clients that veterinary clinics are an essential service and so we will remain OPEN.

In order for us to provide veterinary care to the best of our ability, while also keeping our staff and clients safe and healthy, we have made further adjustments to how we will operate during this unprecedented time.

We are now conducting CLIENT FREE CONSULTATIONS. What this means;

If you require medication and/or prescription diets for your pet, we ask that you follow this process; We know this is a very stressful time for all. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work our way through these new protocols.

We are now conducting CLIENT FREE CONSULTATIONS. What this means;

  • Upon arrival to the clinic please phone reception to advise us
  • We will confirm what type of car you are waiting in, and also your contact number
  • A staff member will come to your car to collect your pet
  • Our vets will then call you on your mobile to carry out the consultation
  • Your pet will be returned to you by a staff member once the consultation and any treatments are completed, payment will also be taken at this time via EFTPOS - a receipt can be emailed to you.
If you require medication and/or prescription diets for your pet, we ask that you follow this process;
  • Phone ahead to the clinic to request your pets medication and/or food
  • Once we confirm that the medication/food is ready to collect we will take payment over the phone if possible
  • When you arrive at the clinic to pick up these items, please phone us and we will bring your items to you
  • If payment was not made over the phone, we will bring our EFTPOS machine to you - a receipt can be emailed to you
We know this is a very stressful time for all. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work our way through these new protocols.
